RNDI Companies, Inc. was established in 1996 by President Diana Cross. At this time she saw a need for a full-service environmental engineering and construction company that could provide all customers with exceptional services at an affordable price. Diana built the company utilizing her Master’s Degree in Engineering and her many years of experience in both the construction and environmental fields. Her company acts as a general contracting company offering specialized trade services such as demolition, asbestos, lead, and mold abatement, and environmental remediation. Working from her home in Garland, Texas, Diana began researching the most efficient, cost-effective strategies for performing environmental contracting jobs, while also ensuring that safety and quality were never compromised. Diana juggled working as a project manager, administrator, marketer, and accountant for her newly founded company. She accepted every job that she could find and completed each with strict attention to detail and an ardent desire to satisfy all of her clients. Eventually, her persistence paid off and the company became a success landing contracts with many big name companies. RNDI was able to quickly establish itself as a leader in the abatement and construction industry. RNDI holds many certifications including Historically Underutilized Business (HUB), Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE), Minority-Owned Business (MBE), and Woman-Owned Business (WBE).

To this day, RNDI's business continues to increase on many different levels but much of the company's success comes from repeated business from our satisfied and loyal customers. Leadership

Diana Cross, President

Diana Cross, owner and founder of RNDI, has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Environmental Engineering and a Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering. Prior to founding RNDI, Diana obtained years of experience from working in both the construction and environmental fields. While Diana Cross faces much skepticism from those who still believe that a woman can't run a construction company, she remains with her head held high and lets her accomplishments speak for themselves. Now, her primary role with RNDI Companies Inc is business deployment.

On top of her engineering background, Diana has been a motivational speaker for years having been invited to speak by multiple public leaders, including US Congressmen and Government Entities such as SBA, and others. Diana has also been highly documented by the press and media, establishing a highly public track record. Diana Cross was an Adviser Member to the U.S. Chamber of Commerce, and received the Small Business Person of the Year Award from the United States Small Business Administration. Throughout her years of success, Diana Cross has recieved many state, local and federal awards.
