lake ray hubbard office renovation

We completed a full gut and remodel of a three-building office complex serving the management team of the Lake Ray Hubbard Dam. The renovation involved close collaboration with the owner to design and execute every detail, including IT rooms, kitchen, bathrooms, conference rooms, and office spaces. The result is a fully operational facility that now serves as a vital branch of Dallas Water Utilities.

We are currently working on the Cougar Village I Dormitories Remodel and Refresh, a large-scale, multi-phase renovation of a freshman dormitory at the University of Houston. Our team is transforming eight floors of common areas and lounges into livable spaces. The ongoing work includes electrical, flooring, painting, graphic design, finish carpentry, plumbing, and mechanical upgrades—all aimed at enhancing comfort and functionality for incoming students.

shakespeare in the park amphitheater renovations

We completed a full renovation focused on restoring and modernizing a facility impacted by water damage. The project included removing and reinstalling ceiling insulation, replacing drywall up to four feet along affected walls, and updating all bathroom fixtures. Our team upgraded bathroom flooring by removing old VCT tile and adhesive, then installing new tile flooring. We also refreshed finishes by replacing 4" and 6" cove base and updating bathroom wall tile up to four feet. Throughout the facility, we replaced damaged ceiling tiles, reinsulated air ducts, and carefully relocated items to allow for efficient construction. The result is a revitalized and fully restored space, upgraded for durability and long-term performance.
